‘Without them I’m not sure we would have secured the house we now live in and love’

We can’t recommend Kate and Teresa enough! We were looking to move to Hampshire from Devon and didn’t know the area very well so decided to look for advice.  On top of that, our previous property buying experiences had been quite stressful during the crazy post-covid market and so we were a little hesitant about dipping our toes in again. Kate and Teresa provided invaluable help and support. They helped us consider different areas to live, talked to all the agents for us and kept in touch with us via a WhatsApp group, allowing us to discuss with them different properties we’d seen online that looked interesting. When we had trouble selling our own house they gave us great advice about how to find the best agent to help us which ultimately led to us being able to sell. With their help we found a home we loved and they helped us with the negotiations. Without them I’m not sure we would have secured the home that we now live in and love. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made throughout this whole process, thank you so much for all the help!
