I was delighted to hire Kate and Teresa – two very personable and efficient women – to support me with my recent purchase. In my particular case, the sourcing of the house was unusually relatively straight forward. However, it was once my offer (as negotiated by Kate) had been accepted that Kate and Teresa really came into their own. It was a remarkably prolonged and sticky purchase process, with many twists and turns, and Kate and Teresa did all the heavy lifting and shielded me as much as possible from multiple frustrations.
