Its hard to believe but in just a few weeks the wonderful, eccentric and colourful event that is The Hat Fair will be upon us again. Taking place over the weekend of July 4th, the longest running UK festival of street acts is a true taste of what Winchester is all about and a wonderful example of life here in this wonderful city if you are considering moving to the area.
Celebrating its 40th year, the Hat Fair kicks off on Friday morning at 10am at the Theatre Royal then all around the Cathedral and town centre, and culminates at Orams Arbour for the grand picnic and celebrations Sunday lunchtime. For a full program of events and times, please click here.
