Christmas and New Year is not just a time for celebration, giving and over indulgence – it is often a good time for reflection and planning the year ahead. For many that may include thoughts of moving house – we are told that Boxing Day is one of the busiest days of the year for visits to property sites like Rightmove and Find a Property.

However there will be a lot of properties that will be quietly marketed until spring which is a very good reason to think about using a search agent to help dig out those hidden gems before they go to the open market!
