Goosechase Property Search appreciates how expensive moving is these days. It is one of the reasons that there is less coming on to the market as people make do with what they have, or extend their current property.

We would therefore like to offer those of you who do need to move a reduced success fee of 1%.

This offer is valid until the end of January 2013.
