Being a property search agent is not the easiest service to explain – we sometimes get mistaken for estate agents but there is of a course a big difference. An estate agent acts for the seller/landlord, a search agent acts for the buyer/tenant and one of the major advantages of this of course is that they will always get honest and unbiased advice.
We go to many networking events and attended what has to be one of the best ones this week, hosted by the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce. As new members, we were asked to go up and explain what our business is about in 15 seconds. No easy task as there is so much that we wanted to say…so we decided to sum up at the end in one simple sentence – something that one of our clients described us as earlier on this year – Hampshire’s answer to Kirsty and Phil! As soon as we said that we saw smiles and nods of understanding across the room. So in future when people ask, that will be our stock answer as so many people watch programmes such as Relocation Relocation, and we have become a nation fascinated with all aspects of the property market.
All we have to do now is work out which one of us is Kirsty and which one of us is Phil!
